Policies
Rates
- Rates are based on double occupancy and include a delicious full breakfast.
- Holiday rates apply Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve through New Years, February Presidents’ week and Labor day weekend, and Fall Festival weekend.
- There is a two-night minimum on selected weekends and peak seasons.
- Single night reservations during peak season will result in an additional $50 charge at check in for online reservations, and at time of booking for telephone reservations.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Check In / Check Out
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Check-in time is any time between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM
- If arrival is later than 9:00 PM please call for arrangements
Payment
- American Express, Visa, Master Card & Discover Card are honored. No personal checks.
- Phone reservations, Card number and expiration date will be taken at time of booking. No deposit will be charged at this time.
- 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount of reservation will be charged to the card on file.
- Online Reservations, will be charged in full at time of booking. If payment is not received at time of booking, a payment request will be emailed before the reservation can be approved.
Restrictions
- Two Adults per room only, No pets and no smoking.
- Adult atmosphere throughout the property
- Smoke Free rooms-(smoking in room will result in $500 charge for cleaning)
- Any damage to room or a need for excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.
Cancellations
- Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival date will result in a one night room charge, or 2 nights for reservations of 4 or more nights.
- You may also request a gift certificate for use on another date, with restrictions and 1 year expiration date.
Any violation of the policies will result in loss of room with no refund.
